Trading Standards verification and test fees

These are fees for the purposes of section 11 of the Weights and Measures Act 1985 or for Regulation 11 of the Non-automatic Weighing Instruments (EEC requirements) Regulations 1992 or any other statute or instrument replacing the aforesaid or instrument made thereunder.
