Improvements to our service
We are eager to receive your comments and suggestions so that we can improve the service we offer to our customers.
You can use the online comments page, complete a Comment Card which is available in all our cemeteries, or respond to our surveys.
Below are details of improvements made as a result of suggestions and comments received from you.
- Additional choices for burials of cremated remains
- Replacement of all water systems
- Improved waste bins, located in easy to access places
- Additional watering cans
- Improved roads and paths
- Dog control orders
- Digital photographs of memorials sent to customers
- Adopt a Grave scheme
Projects currently being planned are
- An extension to Twickenham Cemetery
- Cemetery section plans available on line
