Apply for a Health and Safety course

If you would like to attend a Health and Safety course please complete the online application form or download the pdf version of the form (you will need to print out the form and send to the Health Improvement Team). The form is used for both health and safety and food safety courses so please ensure you select the relevant date when completing the online version.

Once you have submitted your form we will confirm your place by your preferred method of correspondence (post or email) within 7 days. Please contact the Health Improvement Team if you do not receive confirmation of your place on the course.
