Curriculum and Training Centre rooms to hire
The centre offers eleven meeting rooms catering for up to 80 delegates, which can be laid out according to your needs. The rooms can be equipped with audio visual equipment to suit your requirements.
The following items are included in the booking fee:
- Overhead projector and screen
- Television and video player
- Flip chart and pens
- Laptop
- Interactive whiteboard
- Hearing loop
- Refreshments (tea, coffee and biscuits)
There is a qualified audio visual aid technician on site to support your event.
Specialised conference equipment such as a video data projector for PowerPoint presentations is available and may be pre-booked through your centre co-ordinator. Additional equipment can also be provided - video conferencing, additional laptops etc (fees negotiable).
Except for the Petersham, Shene, Room 1, 2, 3 and 4, all rooms are situated on the first floor to which there is no disabled access.
