Regulations for Temporary Event Notices
The current regulations for Temporary Event Notices came into force on 10 November. These regulations changed how Temporary Event Notices are given and how licensing authorities issue counter-notices. With these regulations, the council is now able to process Temporary Event Notices.
Please send your Temporary Event Notice in duplicate together with the fee of £21 payable to The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, to:
The Licensing Authority

Surrey,
TW9 2RT.
At the same time you must send a copy of your notice to:
The Chief Officer of Police,
Twickenham Police Station,
41 London Road,
Twickenham
TW1 3SY.
You must give the Licensing Authority and the Police no less than ten working days notice prior to the event.
