Part 7 of the Licensing Act 2003 (the Act) - outlines the offences contained in the Act.  This section outlines some of the more general offences together with the sentence which can apply on conviction in each case. It must be emphasised that this section does not contain information about all the offences and, in particular does not detail offences relating to children.
