Making an objection against a licensing application
You can make an objection against a licensing application by the last date specified on the notice.
Any personal data contained in a letter of representation will be disclosed to the applicant, Licensing Committe members and relevant officers. Any interested parties who attend Licensing Commitee and speaks in support of their representation may have their details published in the minutes which are distributed to all parties to the proceedings and is made available on the Council's website and in libraries in the borough.
