How we have used your feedback to improve the website

By analysing the feedback we found that some visitors were using the comments box to ask for information which they could not find.

As a result we added a new feature: Tell us what you are looking for. This helps us better understand the terms people use to search the website, and it helps us make adjustments to our search engine. We also check for missing or out-of-date information. These changes have improved the effectiveness of searches.
