What is sustainable travel?

Sustainable travel (or green transport) refers to any type of transport which makes a low impact on the environment, this could be walking or cycling, car sharing, or using a transport method that is fuel-efficient, space saving and promotes a healthy lifestyle.

Whitton Sport and Fitness Centre actively encourages its customers to use green travel options wherever possible, so that environmental and social impact is reduced for everyone. Cycle stands are available on site (Lincoln Field).

Bus

Routes 110, 481 and H22 all stop nearby the centre. Alight at Twickenham Academy / St Augustine's Church.
