Library services: public consultation

Public consultation on the future delivery of the library service in Richmond upon Thames was carried out over an eight week period in October and November 2010. A questionnaire was made available in all libraries and online and was distributed to partner organisations. The results of the consultation will inform a new strategy which will set out the future direction of the library service in Richmond upon Thames. The draft strategy will be available in May 2011.
