Online primary school admissions applications
Most church schools require you to complete a 'supplementary' form. The relevant supplementary form(s) for the borough's Church of England and Catholic primary schools can be downloaded from this page or can be obtained from the schools concerned.
Please note that the forms for St John the Baptist Church of England Junior and St Stephen's Church of England Junior, for Year 3 entry, are available from the schools direct.
