COBRA

COBRA is the Complete Business Reference Adviser – free to Richmond Library members.

Richmond Libraries subscribes to a wide range of online reference services which can be accessed free of charge by its members. Services include COBRA – the Complete Business Reference Adviser. COBRA is a comprehensive, practical and continually updated information resource for anyone running or starting a business, writing a business or marketing plan, or conducting research into a new market.

To access COBRA from home or work you will need a Richmond borough library card. Membership is open to anyone who lives or works in the borough and there is no charge to join. It is also possible to register as a business. Please ask at any Richmond library.

If you have a library card, you can access COBRA here. Enter your library card number when prompted for a Ticket ID.
