Low Carbon Zone overview

Richmond Council and local community groups are working together to provide advice to help you replace your old boiler and insulate your home. This is part of an area wide project in Ham and Petersham to help all buildings become warmer, greener and cheaper to run.

Everybody that lives, works, studies or visits the Ham and Petersham area can get involved and help the area become a Low Carbon Zone.

I live in the Zone

Applications to the Ham and Petersham Low Carbon Zone are now closed.

If you have already signed up to the scheme and yet not yet had your free Home Energy Assessment and free energy saving items worth up to £150, you can book this by ringing the number on your letter or contacting the Sustainability Unit.

Schools, businesses and community buildings can also apply have a free environmental assessment, energy saving items and advice from local experts.
