The following free items will be offered to you at the time of your home energy visit to help you start reducing your energy bills. The home energy assessor will be able to help you identify which items you need in your home.

Installing your Eco Starter-Kit items
The Home Energy expert will be able to fit some of the Eco-Starter-Kit items for you: the electricity monitor, energy efficient light bulbs, hot water cylinder jacket and save-a-flush cistern devices. Please ask them to do so when they visit.
Other items may need to be fitted by the recipiant. Please always refer to the product guidance before installing any of these items. Instruction manuals and fitting guidance for these items are available on the Ham and Petersham Street Champions website.
The Handy Person service
If you are over 70 or on qualifying benefits then additional help is available for installing these items in the form of the Handy Person service. Please ask your home energy assessor for more details.
