Green Caterers: live waste audit

Attended by restaurant and café owners, this seminar brought together a group of local businesses to discuss waste and energy savings.
London Remade undertook a waste audit of Arthur’s on the Green’s bins to identify opportunities for recycling and waste minimisation.
Carbon Descent shared best practice on energy management within catering facilities and Tomasso Limited gave an over view of the legislation around cooking oil, fat and food waste.
