Low Carbon Zone overview
Richmond Council and local community groups are working together to provide grants to help you replace your old boiler and insulate your home. This is part of an area wide project in Ham and Petersham to help all buildings become warmer, greener and cheaper to run.
Everybody that lives, works, studies or visits the Ham and Petersham area can get involved and help the area become a Low Carbon Zone.
I live in the Zone
Complete an application form to receive:
- Free Home Energy Assessment and a thermal image
- Free energy saving items worth up to £150
- Grants for new boilers and insulation
Schools, businesses and community buildings can also apply have a free environmental assessment, energy saving items and advice from local experts.
