Paying your Penalty Charge Notice

Please remember it is your responsibility to ensure payment is received by the Council by the dates specified on the PCN or in any correspondence, to prevent further recovery action.

Alternatively if you don't have access to the internet you can send it to Parking Services, P.O. Box 221, Twickenham, Middlesex TW1 3TL.

  • Crossed cheques only made payable to 'LBRuT'
  • Write the Notice Number (RTnnnnnnnn) and your address on the reverse
  • Include the payment slip from your Penalty Charge Notice/Notice to Owner/Charge Certificate
  • Do not send cash, bank notes or blank postal orders as responsibility cannot be taken for loss
  • Include a stamped self-addressed envelope if you require a receipt.

Instalment arrangements

The Council does at its own discretion allow a small number of instalment arrangements whereby penalty charges can be paid over a number of months. Exceptional circumstances only will be considered, and instalment arrangements are only available after the issue of a Notice to Owner or Enforcement Notice. Arrangements cannot be made for the 50% discounted fine amount as this is intended as an incentive to pay early.
