The Fitness Suite at Shene boasts a wide range of state of the art equipment, including:
- Concept 2 rowers
- Octane cross-trainers
- Cybex treadmills and bikes
- Free weights - ranging from 2kg-30kg with a multi-functional bench
- Upper and lower body resistance machine weights
A large selection of the Cybex equipment is IFI (Inclusive Fitness Initiative) accredited, meaning that it is suitable for members of all abilities or needs.
Our highly qualified instructors and specialist instructors (Disability Programming and REPS accredited) are always at your service for any queries regarding training and health in general.
All membership options include an induction, unlimited usage, a tailor made exercise programme with follow up reviews and free fitness classes.
