Miscellaneous planning forms

DD (Detailed drawings) Application for approval of details reserved by condition

Use this form if you want to discharge a condition in a planning permission or listed building consent which requires approval before the development can begin. To be used when a person wishes to modify or discharge Planning Obligation/s under Section 106.

VRC Application for removal or variation of a condition following grant of planning permission

Use this form to vary or remove a condition of a planning permission or listed building consent.

EXT Application for extension of time to extant planning permission

Use this form to make an application for a new planning permission to replace an extant planning permission, where you are are seeking to extend the time limit for implementation. It should also be used where an extant listed building consent or conservation area consent is associated with the planning permission. (The following forms and notes are hosted on the Planning Portal website.)

It is not possible to use this procedure where the permission or consent has already expired at the time of application, or where the permission/consent was granted after 1 October 2010. In such cases, a new application would have to be made.

Fees

(a) if the application is a householder application, £57;

(b) if the application is an application for major development, £575;

(c) in any other case, £195.

NMA Non Material Amendment(s) to an existing planning permission

Use this form to make an application for a non-material amendment(s) to an existing planning permission. (The following forms and notes are hosted on the Planning Portal website.)

Fees

(a) if the application is a householder application, £28;

(b) in any other case, £195.
