Our Local Housing Allowance (LHA) spend was as follows:
2010-2011 £18,028,964.58
2009-2010 £14,513,348.87
2008-2009 £4,268,429.34
It is not clear what is meant by the second part of your query,
'what percentage a) received a rebate from the DWP and b) what percentage did not?'
