Subject: Lights Report

Reference: LBR-FOI-00769

Specifically, I would like to request a copy of all daylight sunlight and rights of light reports commissioned by or undertaken on behalf of your council for all sites since 1st January 2020, as well as the current development status of each site.

I can confirm that the department holds information that you have asked for. The information is exempt under section 21 of the FOI Act because it is reasonably accessible to you. Section 21 is an absolute exemption and therefore does not require a public interest test.
