Information re low traffic scheme in Burtons road east Hampton and when the Hounslow and Richmond Community Health care trust was informed of traffic restrictions and information re whether permits were allocated to district nurses and other health care workers working in the Hampton hill area to visit patients.

Was the Trust informed and then this could be passed onto health care staff working in Hampton hill instead of staff being unaware and caught out by camera tickets .

Our Response:

Please note that this information was not shared as you describe prior to the scheme going live. However, the scheme is designed to allow every property to be accessed without passing through a restriction point, and information on this can be found on Richmond Council's website at: https://www.richmond.gov.uk/services/roads_and_transport/burtons_road_traffic_reduction_scheme When the scheme first went live a period of warning notices only was operated for four weeks to ensure that regular users became accustomed to the new restrictions prior to being issued with PCNs.
