Under the Freedom of Information Act I would like to request the following information please.

1 Webcast 25 from the Council Meeting which took place on the 28th September 2021 between 7pm -10.49pm

2 A copy of the authority's published charging policy and schedule of charges.

In terms of request 1 if it is easier for the council to provide the full webcast as opposed to the webcast requested I will find that acceptable.

I will only require the information as per request 2 if the council feel a charge to be applicable for the provision of Webcast 25 in 1 above.

Please note that details for the charge to access a copy of an old webcast are included as published information on the 'Welcome' information on Richmond Council's webcast page at: https://richmond.public-i.tv/core/portal/home

If you would like to contact the Council's Democratic Services department directly, they will aim to see if the 2021 webcast can be retrieved and arrange to accept payment from you.
