I am trying to find out if the access way which runs between 27 and 29 Hatherop Road, Hampton TW12 2RG is publicly maintained.

This access way does not form part of the public highway. We would advise the Requestor to contact the Land Registry about the ownership of this land and any PRIVATE rights of way over this land that may exist to allow occupiers of adjacent properties to access the rear of their properties. There are no public rights of way over this land either.
