The Council's two largest multi storey car parks in the borough at Paradise Road in Richmond and at Arragon Road in Twickenham provide about a third of all the parking bays in the borough (including those for disabled drivers). Why is the Ringo payment system not available at either of these car parks? The multi-storey car parks are not able to support the mobile phone signal for the RingGo system to work.
