The FANS scheme provides sportspeople at national level with free access to designated sports facilities in Richmond. The aim of the scheme is to provide support to elite sportspeople by reducing the financial burden of training costs.

Sportspeople from any sporting discipline, recognised by Sport England and also recognised by their National Governing Body of Sport or be at a national level are eligible for the scheme.
