Young People's Drug and Alcohol Support Service
Richmond Young People's Drug and Alcohol Support is a team of experienced professionals from all different backgrounds and training consisting of: drugs workers, youth workers, outreach workers, counsellors and psychotherapists.
- We are safe, friendly and approachable. We don’t preach and we don’t make things up.
- We are experienced. We have helped and supported people in all kinds of situations. Many of us have life experience which helps us understand.
- We are qualified. Every worker is qualified to at least degree level or equivalent, and several have gone onto further studies in youth work, social work, nursing, counselling or psychotherapy.
- We are professional. We aim to constantly improve what we do, so we keep up to date with what works, do lots of training, and get professional support for ourselves.

Young people's drug and alcohol survey
We are carrying out a survey to help us plan our services. It is designed to let us know how we can provide drug and alcohol services that young people want and need.
