Commitments Grid

The main planning document in this Children and Young People’s Plan is the Commitments Grid, which sets out all of the services provided by the Children and Young People’s Trust.

The grid breaks down the four themes of the plan into a series of commitments, benefits and performance measures. This document sets out the overarching work programme for all organisations in the Children and Young People’s Trust which all service plans and CYPP plans link to.
