Regarding the particular nature of the business to be transacted, the press and public be excluded during the consideration of the following items on the grounds they were likely to disclose exempt information by virtue of Paragraph 1 of Schedule 12A (as amended) of the Local Government Act 1972.

TAXICARD APPEAL

To consider and determine an appeal against the refusal to issue a Taxicard.

[Having carefully considered the written and oral representations of the appellant and officers from the Council’s Accessible Transport Unit, the Sub-Committee decided that the appeal against the refusal to issue a Taxicard be refused, as there was insufficient evidence that the appellant met either the automatic or additional criteria.]

To consider and determine an appeal against the refusal to issue a Blue Badge.
