DISABLED FREEDOM PASS APPEAL (report 5)

To consider and determine an appeal against the refusal to issue a Disabled Person’s Freedom Pass.

The appeal against the refusal to issue a Disabled Person’s Freedom Pass be refused.

 

[The chair explained the procedure for the meeting to the appellant.

 

The Sub-Committee heard representations from Jane Connolly and Kelly Stock from the Accessible Transport Unit and the appellant.

 

Having considered the information in the report and the representations, the appeal against the refusal to issue a Disabled Person’s Freedom Pass be refused as the appellant did not meet any of the automatic or discretionary criteria.]
