About our data

We publish all our data sets, where possible, in Open Data format under the terms of the UK Government Open Data Licence.

Data protection

Some organisations and individuals can make requests for information to the Council about individual data subjects, where the request relates to formal investigations, civil proceedings or law enforcement.

Our IT systems are secure. We use added protection for internet payments.
