Our application process has four stages.
Once you have decided you would like to apply to our Graduate Development Programme, the first stage of the process is to complete our online application form. We will ask you to complete key information such as your contact details and academic record as well as answering a series of competency-based questions.
If your application has been successful, we will ask you to complete a critical reasoning assessment.
If clarity is needed on your application form, we will contact you to arrange a convenient time to conduct a telephone interview.
If you are successful following the critical reasoning assessment and potential telephone interview, we will invite you to attend a day-long assessment centre. This will include two written assignments, a presentation and interview (to be confirmed).
In advance of the day, we will email you a Personality Assessment to complete.
Offers are made to successful candidates shortly after the assessment centre has taken place. Placements begin in September.
We are only able to provide feedback to candidates who are unsuccessful at the assessment centre stage.
