Speaking at Cabinet

You may make representations to the Cabinet on any items on the agenda, provided you have registered your intention to speak in advance.

How it works

You must declare any current or prospective financial or personal interest you may have in the subject.

You will be allowed to speak for up to three minutes, or longer at the Chairman’s discretion.

Up to six speakers are allowed per agenda item, with speakers being taken in the order in which they have registered.
