Appointments are only available via phone if we are unable to resolve your enquiry.

We deal with appointments for:

• Accessible Transport Unit (Blue badge)
• Council Tax
• Housing Benefit
• Housing services
• Parking permits
• Registration services

Arriving for your appointment

If you have an appointment please press the intercom button for access to the reception.

Dropping off documents

If dropping off documents, you can use the post box at the main entrance. This includes Council Tax and Benefit proofs.
