November 2009

Book Now, the much loved annual literary festival for Richmond upon Thames returns this November. Entering its eighteenth year the festival proves to be going from strength to strength. Running throughout November, there is a varied and lively selection of events from which to pick and choose.

Significant political leaders, biographers, stars of stage and screen, pre-eminent literary figures, artists, poets and some newer voices all comprise a diverse and enthralling array of literary delights to enjoy.

How to book

Unless otherwise stated in the programme, all events can be booked as follows:

Online: book online here.

Telephone: 020 8831 6494 with your credit/debit card ready. The box office is open Monday to Friday 10:00am- 4:30pm with a message service at other times.

In person: Tickets are available from 16 September by cash, cheque or credit card from the Tourist Information Centre; Old Town Hall, Whittaker Avenue, Richmond; and from Orleans House Gallery, Riverside, Twickenham, open Tuesday to Saturday 1:00pm-4:30pm and Sunday 2:00pm-4:30pm.

On the door: Tickets will be on sale 30 minutes prior to the start of the events at the venue concerned, subject to availability.

Concessions

Concessionary prices are for over- 60s, those in receipt of unemployment benefit or income support, registered disabled, under- 16s, full time students and Leisure Card holders. Escorts of registered disabled go free.
