The Council offers other types of parking permit for specific purposes:

- Car Club permits
- Doctors permits
- Church visitor permits
Season tickets
- Available in limited numbers
- Waiting scheme in operation where demand outstrips supply
- Car parks having season tickets
Car Club
- For companies participating in the Car Club scheme
- Parking in the home bay at any time,
- Short-stay parking in resident permit parking bays in all other CPZ in the borough.
