What is the Teddington Hydrotherapy Pool?

The pool is easily accessible for people with learning disabilities and is also used by people who require support to exercise. It has a nice warm temperature and there are hoists for easy access to the pool.

What times are available through Social Services?

Social Services reserves times on the following days:  

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays form 10:00 to 12:00pm.  

Tuesday and Thursday from 1:30 to 5:30pm.  

Wednesday and Friday form 1:30 to 3:30pm

What times are available to the public?

Monday 5:00 to 6:00 pm (Family), 6:30 to 8:30 am (Adult)

Tuesday and Thursday 8:00 to 10:00 am (Adult)

Friday 3:30 - 5:30 pm (Adult)

Saturday 8:30 to 11:00 am (Adult), 11:00 to 12:00 pm (Family)

* Family can include children as young as 3 years old.

* There is no availability on Sunday.
