Use this form if you want to demolish a structure, building, fence, wall or gate in a Conservation Area. This consent needs to be applied for in addition to full planning permission (including householder permission).

LBC - Application for listed building consent for alterations, extension or demolition of a listed building
Use this form if you want to carry out any works to a Listed building which affect its character in any way. This includes demolishing part or all of it; extending it; changing it internally or externally; displaying an advert. This consent needs to be applied for in addition to full planning permission (including householder permission) where necessary.
