We set standards and report on our performance so that our customers know what level of service they should expect to receive from us. These are regularly reviewed taking into account our customers' views, corporate priorities, changes to legislation and performance in previous years.

Fly posting
We dealt with 7 fly poster report and removed 14 fly poster board.
Flytipping
We received 81 reports of flytipping.
Graffiti Removal
23 incidents of graffiti on private property and where we were given permission to remove it, were done within our standard of five working days.
7 incidents of offensive/racist graffiti were removed in the period.
31 incidents of non-offensive graffiti were removed in the period.
Waste and Recycling
Special collections (and bulky items)
We received 248 applications for special collections.
Fridge and freezer disposal collections
We received 30 applications to remove fridges/freezers.
Black Box collections
We collected 99.95% of these collections on the correct day.
Blue Box and Food collections
We collected 99.93% of these collections on the correct day.
Garden Waste collections
We collected 99.68% of these collections on the correct day.
Household Waste collections
We collected 99.96% of domestic bins on the correct day.
