We aim to make our parks as welcoming as possible for families and children, and we provide more than 45 playgrounds and four paddling pools. Playgrounds are fenced off to stop dogs entering these areas, making them safer and more enjoyable for all the family.
Playgrounds are visually inspected on a daily basis by our grounds maintenance contractor Service Team to ensure they are clean and tidy.
If you come across any problems, vandalism, graffiti, broken glass and debris within a Council playground, please report it with our Streetscene fault reporting form.
Paddling pools are filled during spells of good weather - contact us on 08456 122 660 if you need any information. The following parks have paddling pools:
- Castelnau Recreation Ground, Barnes
- North Sheen Recreation Ground, Richmond
- Palewell Common, Sheen
- Vine Road Recreation, Barnes (closed for refurbishment)
See our full a-z parks listing for park facilities.
