Formal complaints
Consumer Protection Services have fully implemented the formal corporate complaints procedure. It is a step procedure which allows the customer to take their complaint to the next stage if they remain dissatisfied after the complaint has been looked into. We realise that there are occasions when our service does not match what customers are entitled to expect. When this happens we would like to know about it so we can address the problem and put it right. By analysing complaints we can see where we have gone wrong and improve our service.
