About Registration Services
The Registration Service is responsible for the registration of all births, still births, deaths, marriages and civil partnerships that take place in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. Although part of the local authority, this statutory service is overseen by the General Register Office.
The Registration Service also offers other services including the Nationality Checking Service in partnership with the UKBA, Citizenship Ceremonies, and Naming and Renewal of Vows ceremonies.
